Ruby & Co. opened their doors in Davenport, IA in 2012 as Elements Home Furnishings & Interior Design, and recently rebranded as Ruby & Co. in 2019. A member of the Rowe family of retailers since their opening, they offer home furnishings and decor as well as a full service design studio of six designers. Ruby & Co. specializes in custom furnishings such as Rowe, flooring, and consultation services, helping each client create their new and inspired style.

What makes your shop unique?

We pride ourselves on friendly faces and customer service. Our amazing staff is there to greet all those who walk in. We also showcase our products in a way that customers can envision them in their own home. We want our guests to feel at home right when they come through our doors, and for our staff and our showroom to make a connection with everyone who steps inside.

How does your shop make customers feel?

We specifically designed our showroom to create excitement and curiosity. As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed by inviting vignettes, but you want to see what's around the corner! Since we are a full service design studio, customers who come in for that service feel relaxed, since they are in a one-stop shop and don't have to spend hours shopping at other stores.

Our music really depends on the day! We are currently listening to today's hits on Pandora!

What are you looking forward to showcasing next season?

We are looking forward to all the new releases from the Fall High Point market! We can't wait to see what Rowe is showcasing, and of course, we love new fabrics!

Who’s your celebrity dream customer?

This is a tough one, because each designer would probably say someone different! We'd love to design something over-the-top for Lady Gaga, or even something unique for Khloé Kardashian.
