Established as a design firm in 2011 in the heart of Westport, Connecticut, Tusk Home + Design opened their brick & mortar storefront in 2017. They have been a member of the Rowe family of retailers since shortly after their opening, and carry our custom furnishings as one of their main upholstered lines. In addition to full service design, Tusk offers a 5,000 square foot retail space beautifully curated with a lovely assortment of furniture, art, accessories and vintage finds that they cannot wait for you to take home and make yours.

WHAT’S NEW

We always offer a free one hour in-home design consultation to get to know the clients and projects. We are not doing any e-design right now, as we are very busy with clients who are comfortable with us coming in their homes. We have lots of renovations and new construction projects happening right now, and a huge influx of new clients and homeowners who have made their way into our community from NYC.

  • If you find an item online, reach out and see if we can find the same item, and maybe beat the price!
  • Remember, small businesses excel at the personal touch. We are focused on customer service and with us you see our face and we will manage your purchase from start to finish. We make sure the order is produced in a timely manner all the way to in-home install, where we have our own teams and trucks to make sure the process is easy for the client.

We work hard to find items that are special and feel good.

How does your shop make customers feel?

We want people to feel comfortable and happy when in our shop. We are told quite often the space just makes people feel relaxed. We actually have customers who say they come in once a week just to escape. The vibe of the shop is generally a transitional base with a coastal vibe, mixed with a bit of international influence.

What are you looking forward to showcasing next season?

We look forward to continuing to offer items that offer comfort and style, as well as changing color palettes and textures throughout the store.

Who’s your celebrity dream customer?

Wow. For personal reasons, Chris Hemsworth… Professionally, I would want Lady Gaga, someone who likes color and taking risks and exploring design in an artistic way.
