Country Willow opened in 1996 in Bedford Hills, NY, and has been a member of the Rowe family of retailers since 2000. They are a complete home furnishings retail shop and design center that offers many styles, ranging from country living and mid century modern to eclectic contemporary and more. At over 35,000 square feet, Country Willow is one of the largest furniture stores and showrooms in the Westchester area.

How does your shop make customers feel?

We have a very open experience that is designed to inspire. We want people to feel comfortable walking around and experiencing all we have to offer. Our salespeople are all designers, so they can offer unique expertise.

What's on your store playlist?

We like a nice eclectic mix – the Beatles to John Mayer and a little Grateful Dead. It’s mostly soft and acoustic, but every once in a while there’s a song that makes you dance.

What are you looking forward to showcasing next season?

We stay true to our image, although we have been showing some more contemporary and mid century styles recently.

What do you love about working with Rowe?

We love and value our partnership with Rowe. We trust their quality constructions and appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. We are proud to say almost all our staff have Rowe products in their own homes.

What is the most memorable moment that has occurred in your shop?

Every moment at Country Willow is memorable! We begin our day with a traditional morning staff huddle on the Newport, which has remained on our showroom floor for over 20 years!

Why is your location the perfect fit for your shop?

As a neighborhood store for over 25 years, we know our customers well! We continue to stay true to our original vision while adding new and current trends to attract new shoppers.

Who’s your celebrity dream customer?

Being right outside of NYC, we have had some celebrity customers! But every repeat customer is a celebrity to us.
