We always offer special service! We have 2 A.S.I.D. Allied designers on call to assist our team members with their clients. Our designers often create multiple floor and space planning options for those clients. They also offer input into fabrics and finish selections.

There are many online retailers who do not invest in trained staff who can answer questions, floor samples, displays and fabric or finish samples. Even if you can’t visit a brick & mortar store, give them a call. We help customers every day over the phone and through emails. Don’t forfeit the human connection when investing in furniture for your home.

What makes your shop unique?

The number of amazing furniture lines we show, the personal design assistance we offer, the knowledge, training and experience of our team members, our love for our customers, and the service we offer from order to delivery make us unique. We are also an active part of our community. We have participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life for the past 3 years, the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure, local schools athletics and performing arts, community theatre, and supply and relief drives.

How does your shop make customers feel?

Our goal is to make every customer feel welcome and at ease. Our space is open and flows from one area to the next so customers are encouraged to wander and browse. Our showroom designers are constantly adding new product, rearranging and often remodeling areas of our store. That means that both new visitors and returning customers enjoy fresh updated looks.

What's on your store playlist?

Typically, great oldies- some 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. The music automatically gives customers and sense of familiarity, and makes them feel relaxed and at home.

What are you looking forward to showcasing next season?

We are always looking forward to the next color trend. Showing great new fabrics excites our staff and entices customers. While neutral palettes remain strong, it seems many customers are gravitating to more bold color or pattern choices.

Who’s your celebrity dream customer?

Dolly Parton! She most definitely has her own style, and isn’t afraid of color, patterns or glitz. Plus, her hometown is just a few hours away so she’s basically a neighbor!
